I don't understand what happens in that brick oven, but it's magical. Churrasco is the Brazilian word for bar-b-que. Like BBQ it refers not only to the cooking of meat with fire, but also to the act of hanging out, eating, playing, socializing, and eating more. And I must say Brazilians have all aspects of this churrasco thing down to an art form. And it never hurts to have a heavenly location like this either.
